We talked on-air this morning about how all of us are trying different weight loss methods. Over this weekend, my mom gave me a recipe for this smoothie that apparently had tons of vitamins and antioxidants in it, and cleans out your intestines as well. People were asking for the recipe, so here it is:
AMAZING SMOOTHIE
1 scoop whey protein powder
1 Tbsp "Arctic D" cod liver oil (I guess it has to be that brand. Online?)
1 scoop "Dynamic Green" (again, you can get it online)
1 Tbsp almond butter (NOT peanut butter)
1 handful parsley
2 heaping Tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp olive oil
add 1/2 cup dark berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries) and enough water to make it liquidy
Blend it all up and drink once a day!
